About Blake Denton

Blake Denton is 29 years old and has over a decade of experience in exercising and meal planning. Blake began working out when he was in high school, and became more involved with health and fitness when he attended college. During his time at college, he worked at GNC as a sales associate and expanded his knowledge on nutrition and exercise. During COVID in 2020, Blake gained a substantial amount of weight due to the pandemic, reaching a weight of 215lbs. Blake decided he needed to get back on track and show himself and everyone else that even when we fall off on our health, we can always get it back through discipline and commitment! Blake was able to drop 60lbs and now maintains a weight of 155lbs, a weight he had not weighed since he was a Junior in high school! Now, Blake has decided he want's to help others around the world achieve a healthy body and lifestyle, and is now providing online coaching to help customers form long term habits to help them not only lose weight, but keep it off permanently without having to starve themselves or rely on weight loss injections.
